Our return policy is simple. We take customer satisfaction very seriously and if, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with the order you receive, just return it (via insured Postal Service or any Internationally renowed courier) for a full refund or exchange. Simply follow the instructions on your packing slip. Please return all items in like-new condition, in original packaging, with packing sufficient to avoid damage, and with original receipt, to:

Collectible products may not be returned unless damaged during shipment. All other returns must be made within 22 days from the date the shipment was sent. If you have any questions, please email us to the email address mentioned on the Contact Us page.You can expect your refund or exchange within two (3) weeks from the date we receive your return.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We charge the appropriate sales tax whereever applicable. Your order verification will reflect an estimated sales tax charge if applicable. However, the actual charge to your PayPal account will reflect all applicable state and local sales taxes.
What are the costs for shipping and delivery?
Shipping costs are computed based on weight & the total dollar amount of merchandise ordered. This amount is calculated on order basis. International rates vary and are determined during the checkout process.
Does IndianArtifacts ship Internationally?
Yes. The IndianArtifacts ships to over 200 countries. All International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed at the time a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you at the time of delivery; IndianArtifacts has no control over these charges and cannot calculate or predict what they could amount to. Customs policies differ from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. By submitting an International order on IndianArtifacts.cjb.net you are considered the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable to the country to which your order is being shipped. If payment for customs charges, duties, taxes, etc. is refused at the time of delivery, IndianArtifacts.cjb.net will not provide a refund for merchandise or shipping charges. International shipments can be expected to arrive within 10-15 business days. International shipments are subject to customs
delays, which can sometimes exceed the expected delivery time.IndianArtifacts is not responsible for such delays. Please note that a $10 handling fee will be added to all orders shipped outside of India.
What is the shipping process for The IndianArtifacts products?
All items ordered from IndianArtifacts.cjb.net are shipped directly to you from our distribution center. We use DTDC for most orders. You can expect to receive your merchandise within ten business days of ordering for all orders shipping within India. However, we do strive to do better on all items.We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses, so please provide a street address when you order. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped the same day. If your entire order is not available, you will be notified.
Will I be notified if my item is back ordered?
If there is going to be any extended delay in shipping your complete order, we will notify you by email of the status of the remaining items. If a partial order is shipped, any items that will be shipped separately will be noted on the shipping confirmation email.
